March For Life Newsletter January 2012 March for Life –Is it that time again? YES! Monday, January 23, 2012. Many of you have been faithful “Marchers” with us, through the past 38 years. You may be asking yourself –why do we keep going to Washington, in the middle of winter, when we have not yet ended legalized abortion in our county? Well, that is exactly why we keep going –because we have not yet ended legalized abortion in our county! · And, we go because every year another group of young people need to see that there are adults who are faithful to the call to be Pro-Life. · And, we go because the abortion mentality is now extending to other areas of Life –new reproductive technologies (like abortion by pill), embryonic research that uses aborted fetuses, euthanasia of persons with disabilities or persons who do not have “quality” in their lives. · And, we go because we need to keep reminding our Senators and Representatives that we want legislation to protect everyone, from conception through natural death. · And, we go this year because it is a Presidential election year, and we want out Candidates to hear that we want our next President to be Pro-Life. And, we go again because each one of us who travels to D.C. is touched by the experience of being with 100,000+ other people, who have also traveled to D.C., to be renewed in this great cause. If you have never gone to the March For Life, join us this year. See why we keep going. If you have gone for any of the last 38 years, join us again. We continue to need YOU! In this Newsletter, you will find a list of all the buses scheduled for the March from Butler County; contact the Bus Captain of the bus you wish to join for exact details about cost, time of departure, etc. If you have a group who would like to reserve your own bus, contact me and I will assist you in making bus arrangement.
