MEDIA POLICY |

Butler County Chapter Pennsylvanians for Human Life Media Policy
The follow regulations apply to anyone who wishes to borrow Videos or DVD’s from the PHL Media Library:
Video or DVD must be signed out on the sign out sheet in the drawer where visual aids are kept, in the PHL room of the Lifeline Office.
There is a $10.00 deposit required for all loan requests; if deposit is made by check, the check will not be cashed and cash or check will be returned when the Video or DVD is returned.
Video’s and DVD’s may be reserved by calling the PHL Librarian; see contact information below.
Video’s and DVD’s can be mailed to you; upon receiving your $10.00 deposit, PHL will pay the postage to borrower; borrower is asked to pay for postage and insurance to return the Video or DVD.
Video’s and DVD’s may be picked up or returned during regular Lifeline hours, which are:
o Monday and Wednesday, 11 am – 2 pm Friday 6:30 pm –9:00 pm Lifeline office is located at 422 N. Main Street. If you wish to pick up or return Video’s or DVD’s at other times, special arrangement must be made through the PHL Librarian.
