Here is an update from PHL Southwest Region on the tax deductibility of your donations:
This is our legal status:
We come under PHL/SW. We send them financial information each month and that is reviewed (audited) by the accountant.
- We are a 501 C 4 organization. (non-profit but not tax deductible)
- PHL/SW Education Fund is 501 C 3. (non-profit and tax deductible)
- For anyone wanting to have their donation tax deductible, simply make the check out to: PHL/SW Education Fund (we will send it to Pittsburgh)
